摘　　要：目的探讨内置式颌骨延长器治疗半面短小症患儿的护理对策。方法回顾性分析2013年6-9月在上海市第九人民医院整形外科三病区行内置式颌骨延长器治疗半面短小症24例患儿的临床资料并总结护理经验。结果 24例患儿均顺利完成牵引延长过程,术后发生低钾血症1例、感染1例。结论应用内置式颌骨延长器治疗半面短小症患儿时,应重视术前的全面评估和充分准备,术后严密观察病情、加强饮食指导和伤口护理,并做好延长器使用期间的护理。Objective To investigate the nursing strategies of built-in jaw extender in the treatment of patient with hemifacial microsomia.Methods From June 2013 to September 2013,the clinical data of 24 cases who had built-in jaw extender in the treatment hemifacial microsomia were analyzed retrospectively. Results 24 patients all completed the process,1 case with postoperative hypokalemia and 1case with wound infection.Conclusion By using built-in j aw extender in the treatment of patient with hemifacial microsomia,preoperative overall evaluation and fully preparation should be done.Afterwards,we keep close eyes on patient’s condition,strengthen the guidance of diet,enhance the wound care,and provide intensive care during extended periods.
