慢性肾功能衰竭患者对优质护理服务的满意度调查

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者对优质护理服务的满意度,以进一步促进优质护理服务的开展。方法便利抽样选择重庆市第九人民医院接受血液净化治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭住院患者170例对其进行优质护理服务,即在加强基础护理的基础上,强化护理服务理念,制定个体化护理计划,对患者进行健康教育、心理护理和人文关怀。在患者出院前,采用自制问卷进行护理满意度调查,以分析优质护理服务的应用效果和患者需求。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者对优质护理服务的满意度较高,特别是对基础护理工作的满意度达85%以上,但在心理护理、血液净化护理操作方面的满意度则有待提高。结论优质护理服务在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中满意度较高,但在护患沟通、人文关怀和健康教育方面与患者期望之间还有差距,应有针对性地加以完善。Objective To investigate the application of primary holistic nursing on chronic renal failure patients,and their satisfaction of the nursing service,in order to further promote the implementation of pri-mary holistic nursing.Methods By convenience sampling,170 chronic renal failure patients were selected and provided with primary holistic nursing,which meant to enhance the nursing service concept on the ba-sis of fundamental nursing,and then to set individualized nursing plan,and to provide patients with health education,mental nursing and humanity care.The patient’s satisfaction level was evaluated before discharging by using self-designed survey,and the application effects and patient needs were analyzed.Results Chronic renal failure patients had comparatively high satisfaction on primary holistic nursing service, especially on basic nursing service which the satisfaction rate was higher than 85%.However,their satisfaction index on psychological nursing,blood purification nursing operation still needed to be improved. Conclusion Primary holistic nursing is an effective nursing model,but the nurses-patient communication, humanity care and health education still cannot meet with the expectation of patients,and the primary holistic nursing level and quality still need further improvement.
