手抓球运动开展的可行性分析

摘　　要：文章对手抓球运动的项目特点和作用进行了分析,从宏观与微观两方面对该项非奥运动在我国开展与普及进行了探索,旨在实现手抓球在推动我国全民健身过程中的项目价值。结论:作为非奥运项目,手抓球具有便于携带、性价比高、中低可控运动强度、安全性高、不受时间和空间限制、使用方法多样和简单易学等特点,具有提高人体协调性、缓解社会压力、预防职业病发生、培养敏捷思维、提高人体反应速度、促进人体血液循环和培养人际交往能力的作用。建议:宏观上,由东到西依次推广,从学校向社会辐射推广,先城市后农村推广;微观上,大力宣传手抓球项目,以竞赛形式推动手抓球发展,个人积极学习手抓球知识以培养体育锻炼意识。In order to realizing the sports -value of Axglo in China at the process of promoting the project of national fitness, the paper uses the research methods of network survey and logic analysis to analyze the characteristic and function of Axglo, and explores the strategy in China＇s development and popularization from two aspects of the macroscopic and microscopic. The results shows Axglo has more characteristic including easy to carry, high performance price ratio, low controllable motion intensity, high safety, not limited space and time, using various methods, easy to learn and etc. And has more function including improve human coordination, to alleviate the social pressure, occupation disease prevention, agile thinking training, improve human reaction speed, promote blood circulation, interpersonal skills training and etc. The suggestions include two aspects of the macroscopic and microscopic. On the macro level to develop Axglo should from east to West, from the school to the community, from city to rural. On micro level to develop Axglo include propaganda, development of competition and individual learning.
