摘　　要：围绕Q550D钢板的强度同板差大这一问题展开研究分析,从钢板表面光洁度、平直度、传热方式和MULPIC系统参数等方面探讨了强度同板差大的原因,提出了改进措施,取得了良好效果。The article studies and analyzes the problem of big intra - plate strength difference on Q550D steel plate,discusses the causes of such difference from various respects of plate surface finish,flatness,mode of heat trans-fer and the parameters of MULPIC system,and puts forward improvement measures,which receives good results.
