摘　　要：针对鄂钢4 300 mm四辊中厚板精轧机机械压下装置存在的问题进行分析,提出了解决方案,以提高机械压下装置的压下和抬升速度,同时解决压头外壳无法定心导致推力轴承损坏的问题,最终改善轧机的稳定性及工作效率。The paper analyzes existing problem on mechanical screw - down system of 4 300 mm four high finish-ing plate mill in Egang,recommends a solution to increase the screwing down and up speeds and resolves the frequent failure problem of the thrust bearing caused by misalignment of load cell housing,which finally improves the operation reliability and efficiency.
