摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿腹股沟包块的诊断价值。方法对47例经临床和病理证实的小儿腹股沟包块进行超声诊断分析。结果 47例经过检查判定腹股沟疝15例,声像图呈中等稍高回声或混合性回声;鞘膜积液14例,声像图呈无回声;9例隐睾声像图呈等回声;6例增大淋巴结声像图呈低回声。结论临床联合高频彩超是诊断腹股沟包块的有效方法,可作为临床诊疗的可靠依据。Objective To explore diagnostic value of hgh frequency color Doppler in inguinal mass in children .Methods We selected 47 patients with inguinal mass confirmed by clinic and pathology for ultrasound diagnosis analysis .Results After a color doppler ultra-sound examination ,we found 15 cases of inguinal hernia ,the sonogram of which showed hyperechoic and mixed echogenicity ,14 cases of hydrocele sonogram of which showed no echo ,9 cases of cryptorchidism sonogram of which showed moderate echo and 6 cases of en-larged lymph node mass sonogram of which showed low weak echo .Conclusions Clinical diagnosis combined high frequency color Doppler sonography is an effective way to diagnose inguinal mass ,test results of which can be used as a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .
