摘  要:为了判断铸坯表面缺陷与钢轨表面质量之间的对应关系,作者在铸坯表面制作人工缺陷,通过正常轧制,依据轧制延伸系数在钢轨成品对应人工缺陷处取样,采用Olympus PME3型光学显微镜和Quanta 400扫描电镜分析裂纹形貌,可判断铸坯表面缺陷与钢轨表面缺陷具有明显的对应关系,从而明确了重轨铸坯的棱部缺陷是重轨裂纹产生的根本原因。In order to determine the corresponding relationship between surface defects of casting blank and surface quality of rail, the authors had made artifieal defects on the surface of casting blank. The rail sample was taken from the finished product with corresponding artifical defects, based on the rolling len thening coefficient under the normal rolling. The crack morphoogy was analyzed by the Olympus PME3 optical microscope and Quanta 400 scanning electron microscope. It was found out that there existed defi- nitely corresponding relationship between surface defects of casting blank and surface defects of rail. Consequently, it was made clear that heavy rail crack was caused by the edge defect of casting blank.
