精神科病房护士工作体验的质性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解精神科病房护士工作的真实体验,为精神科病房的优化管理提供依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对11名精神科病房工作的护士进行半结构式访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。[结果]从研究中得出5个主要问题,即认识到精神科护理发展的良好职业前景;缺乏突发事件的应对能力;对精神科专科理论缺乏系统和深入的学习;对封闭的工作环境有压抑感;工作性质与个人角色的矛盾。[结论]应合理配备精神科病房护理人员,合理安排工作量,提供学习和培训机会。Objective：To know about the real experience ot nurses working in psychiatric wards, so as to provide the evidences for optimal manage- ment of psychiatric wards. Methods：phenornenological research method in qualitative research was used for the semi- structured interviews of 11 nurses working in psychiatric wards, and the phenomenological analysis was used for the data analysis. Results： Five major themes derived from the study,which recognizes good career prospects in development of psy- chiatric care;lack of coping capacity to emergencies;lack of systematic and deep learning in specialist psychiatric theory;sense of oppression for closed working environment;contradictory in nature of work and personal roles. Conclusion：with psychiatric ward nurses should be allocated in reason and workload should be arranged in reason,so as to provide learning and train- ing opportunities.
