摘 要:专家隐性知识作为应急决策的支持力量,是提高应急决策质量的必要保障。本文将知识地图引入应急决策,基于知识需求和知识源类别获取专家隐性知识,存储专家隐性知识,即建立专家隐性知识动态数据库,包括专家基础信息库、专家专长知识库、专家网络信息库。构建专家隐性知识地图,包括专家-知识关联图、知识关联图、专家关联图,并进行知识地图功能的挖掘与分析,借助Net miner软件呈现知识地图,实现应急决策专家隐性知识的可视化,以提高应急决策质量和效率。As support for emergency decision,experts' tacit knowledge is a necessary guarantee of enhancing the quality of emergency decision. The following article introduces knowledge map into emergency decision,by getting experts' tacit knowledge based on demand and classification of knowledge,restoring experts' tacit knowledge,which is called building a dynamic database of experts' tacit knowledge,including experts' elementary information database,experts' special skills database and experts' relationships database. Then experts' tacit knowledge maps are built by using Net miner in order to realize knowledge visualization,including expert-knowledge map,knowledge-knowledge map and expert-expert map. In addition,the research mines and analyzes the functions of knowledge maps to provide references. Eventually,the quality and efficiency of emergency decision can be improved.
