客货运车辆及驾驶人安全监管平台研究

摘　　要：近年来,客货运机动车/驾驶人的群死群伤的恶性交通事故屡有发生,产生不良的社会影响,强化营运车辆源头管理逐渐成为各级管理部门的共识。本文在分析现有的管理模式和技术手段存在问题的基础上,结合交通管理信息系统的现状,提出了一种基于公安、安监和客货运企业信息共享和协同工作的客货运车辆及驾驶人安全监管平台的完整解决方案,并详尽地阐述了该平台的系统结构、数据流程和系统功能。In recent years,serious traffic accident of passenger and freight vehicles / drivers occur frequently,resulting in adverse social impact. Strengthening the source management of vehicles gradually become the consensus of us. Based on the analysis of the existing management and techniques problems,combined with the current traffic management information systems,this paper presents a complete solution for passenger and freight transport vehicles and driver safety monitoring platform based on data sharing and cooperate management,and describes the system architecture,data flow and system functionality of the platform broadly.
