摘　　要：本文介绍了在国内首家创设应急管理专业、招收应急管理本科生的暨南大学应急管理专业(含方向)开设的背景,阐述了其应急管理人才培养实践探索的基本状况,对当前面临的主要挑战进行了框架性分析,强调必须回应当前社会对应急管理人才的现实需求,立足本校已有积累和优势,"注重内涵,强化特色",走内涵和特色发展之路,以制度创新和管理创新促教育创新,不断优化应急管理人才培养,努力打造一流的应急管理人才教育培养品牌。This paper introduces the background of the first emergency management major in Jinan University. The paper not only presents the current situation of talent training practice and exploration of emergency management,but also elaborates the major challenges currently faced. In order to constantly focus on the talent training and build a firstclass talent training brand of emergency management,the paper emphasizes that base on the need of current society and the existing advantages of Jinan University,we have to highlight the connotations and strengthen the characteristics,and promote the education innovation in system and management dimension respectively.
