摘  要:目的探讨中国社区人群血γ谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平与血压的关系,评估代谢危险因素与血GGT交互作用对高血压风险的影响。方法选择常住江苏徐州地区的社区健康体检人群20 653例为研究对象,检测受试者血压、身高、体重和GGT、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖和血尿酸等相关生化指标,进行统计分析。结果高血压患病风险随血GGT升高而增加(P<0.001)。血GGT与年龄、BMI、空腹血糖、总胆固醇交互作用对高血压风险的影响有统计学意义(交互作用P值分别为<0.001,<0.001,<0.001,<0.005)。结论血GGT水平和高血压患病风险独立相关,并且和年龄、BMI、空腹血糖、总胆固醇有交互作用。ObjectiveThe relationship between serum gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT) and blood pressure in a large Chinese cohort of community crowd was investigated, and the interactions of GGT with metabolic risk was assessed.Methods The study samples came from a community-based health examination survey in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province of China. 20 653 subjects with biomarkers available were included in the present study. Blood pressure, height, and body weight were measured. GGT, triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), lipoprotein factors serum cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting blood glucose(FBG), serum uric acid (SUA) were also measured, and the statistical analysis was made.Results Raised blood pressure was associated with increased GGT concentration(P〈0.001). Age, BMI, FBG, and TC significantly interacted with GGT (P for interaction〈0.001,〈0.001,〈0.001,〈0.005, respectively).Conclusion GGT is independently related to and hypertension, and interact with age, BMI, FBG and TC.
