摘　　要：心脏创伤包括心脏穿透伤(PCT)和心脏钝挫伤(MC),病情危急,病死率高。及时正确诊断及医疗干预措施对改善其预后有重要作用。本文就心脏创伤的临床表现、病理生理、辅助检查(包括心肌酶学、心电图、超声检查、CT、MRI)评估及研究新进展予以综述。Cardiac trauma, including the penetrating cardiac trauma and myocardial contusion, is a critical condition with high mortalities. As such, it is very important to improve the diagnosis and medical intervention as soon as possible after trauma occurred. This review aimed to highlight the current advances in the evaluation of cardiac trauma, including clinical practice, pathophysiology and auxiliaryexaminations （such as myocardial ertzymetest, electrocardiogram, ultrasonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging） in clinical settings.
