摘 要:基于葛泉矿1523工作面27°~41°的大倾角生产地质条件,对空顶和带压移架下的大倾角综采面液压支架进行防倒防滑力学分析,得出支架下滑和倾倒的重要影响因素。并提出安装防倒防滑装置、改进采煤工艺、加强制度管理等一系列的稳定性控制措施。现场实践表明:液压支架咬架频率由26%减小到8%,端面顶板冒高大于0.3m的冒落频率由62%减小到21%。Based on the production and geology condition of 1523 fully-mechanized face in Gequan Mine, with the large inclination angle 27°~41° , the mechanical analysis for anti-skid and anti-collapse of hydraulic support in condition of unsupported roof and sliding advance of support were conducted. The important influence factors of support slide and dumping and proposed stability control measures including installation device for anti-skid and anti-collapse, improvement mining technology, reinforcement regulations and so on were concluded. Production practice showed that the frequency of support slant decreased from 26% to 8% and the frequency of top-face over 0.3 m roof fall height decreased from 62% to 21% after the application of stability control measures.
