摘　　要：目前临床上对抗感染的葡萄球菌治疗药物耐受力增加,而夫西地酸钠仍对绝大多数葡萄球菌菌株保持较强的抗菌活性和很低的耐药率。是治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌最有前景的药物之一,越来越受到人们的关注。临床上可用于治疗多个组织器官包括心、肺、骨关节、皮肤软组织等的感染。Now clinical tolerance of staphylococcus anti-infection has been increasing,however sodium fusidate still possess stranger antibiotic activity on most staphylococcus bacterial strain and lower drug-resistance rate.The clinical applications of sodium fusidate were introduced,which could be used in the treatment of multiple tissues and organs infections including heart, lung, and joint, skin and soft tissue etc.,It was pointed out that sildenafd acid has become a prospect medicine in curing methicillin resistant staphylococcus anreus,had a high clinical application value.
