摘  要:烷基糖苷是一种新型的绿色表面活性剂,是由天然脂肪醇和葡萄糖在酸性催化剂作用下合成而来的,具有非离子与阴离子表面活性剂的特性,被广泛应用于化妆品、洗涤剂、农药、食品、涂料等领域。烷基糖苷生产中存在诸如反应时间太长,产品色度较高,聚合度较大等问题。研究了烷基糖苷合成工艺,得到在反应醇糖比为6∶1,剂糖比为0.2∶1,温度为95℃,真空度为95.96 kPa,粒径为15μm的反应条件下,烷基糖苷色度及聚合度低,单苷收率较高。Alkyl glycoside (APG) is one kind of novel and environment friendly surfaetant is synthetized by natural fatty alcohol and glucose in the presence of acidic catalysts. Because of its virtue of non-ionic surfactant and anionic surfactant, it is widely used in the manufacture of maquillage, detergent, pesticide, packaged food and coating material etc..In the manufacturing process, it has many disadvantages as long reaction time, high product color and polymerization degree.To address these problems, the synthetic technology of alkyl glycoside was investigated. It was found that, to obtain a undertint tinct and low polymerization degree as well as high yield, the optimum reactant ratio and reaction condition should be natural fatty alcohol to glucose 6 : 1, catalyst to glucose 0.2 : 1, temperature 95 ℃, vacuum degree 95.96 kPa, and partiele size 15 μm.
