摘 要:针对低氮燃烧改造中分离燃尽风风道布置不合理导致的低负荷燃尽风风量不足问题,对二次风在风箱内的流动阻力、压力分布情况进行了理论分析,得出燃尽风风道阻力大及炉膛上部风箱压差小于炉膛下部风箱压差是低负荷时燃尽风不足的主要原因。根据分析结果,对上海锅炉厂有限公司高级复合空气分级低NOx燃烧技术的两段式分离燃尽风风道布局进行了优化。方案实施后结果表明:优化后的风道有效地解决了低负荷时燃尽风风量不足问题,可使锅炉在全负荷段实现较低的NOx排放。To solve the problem of insufficient separated overfire air (SOFA) volume at low load of boiler caused by unreasonable arrangement of SOFA duct found during low NOx combustion retrofit, a theoretical analysis was carried out on both the flow resistance and pressure distribution of secondary air in the wind box, after which the problem was found to be caused by large SOFA duct resistance and small pressure difference between the wind box and furnace on the upper part. Based on above analysis, an optimization was conducted to the SOFA duct arrangement that adopts advanced composite air staging combustion technology in Shanghai Boiler Works Co., Ltd. Application results show that the problem of insufficient SOFA volume at low load of boiler is finally solved, and the purpose of low NOx emission can be achieved at any loads.
