小柴胡汤在肾脏病中的应用

摘　　要：小柴胡汤是《伤寒杂病论》中和解少阳的代表方剂,具有疏利三焦,宣通内外,调畅气机的作用。肾脏病在发病特点、病机特点、临床表现等方面与少阳病关系密切,肾脏病多为正气不足,脏腑功能虚损,复感外邪,或外邪侵袭,入脏腑而致,符合少阳病正邪分争,血亏气弱或由他经病变传变而来的发病特点;肾脏病的病机特点多为本虚标实,少阳病枢机不利,正邪交争,也属本虚标实之证;少阳病与肾脏病的临床表现均可出现水液代谢异常及二便异常,少阳病为肾脏病的成因或诱发加重因素之一。小柴胡汤在肾脏病的治疗中可广泛应用。Xiaochaihu Decoction is a famous prescription from Treatise on Febrile and Miscellanesous Diseases. It is the representative prescription of harmonizing Shaoyang. It has the effect of dredging Sanjiao, perfusing the inside and the outside and regulating the movement of Qi. The clinical characteristic, pathogenesis characteristic and clinical manifestations of kidney disease are closely associated with Shaoyang disease. Kidney disease is always caused by the insufficiency of healthy Qi, the deficiency of visceral functions and then attacked by exogenous pathogen. It accords with the pathogenic characteristics of Shaoyang disease which has clinical characters of struggle between healthy Qi and pathogen and weak anaemia gas. The pathogenesis characteristic of kidney disease is deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom. Shaoyang disease has the symptoms of dysfunction of acting as a pivot and struggle between healthy Qi and pathogen, which accords with the pathogenesis characteristics. The clinical manifestations of Shaoyang disease and kidney disease are.？ the abnormalities of water metabolism and defecation. Shaoyang disease is the cause of the kidney disease or one of its contributing factors. Therefore, Xiaochaihu Decoction has extensive application value in the field of kidney disease treatment.
