温胆片联合黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症

摘　　要：目的探讨温胆片联合黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的临床疗效。方法选取GAD患者120例,中医辨证为痰热内扰型,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例,观察组采用温胆片联合黛力新口服治疗,对照组只采用黛力新治疗,2组均治疗6周,对比2组治疗前后临床疗效,汉密尔顿焦虑评分(HAMA)、中医临床证候评分改善情况。结果观察组治疗后HAMA、中医证侯总有效率均显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后HAMA评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组HAMA评分改善较对照组更为显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分降低较对照组更为显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温胆片联合黛力新治疗GAD,可有效改善患者焦虑症状,改善痰热内扰型GAD临床症状。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of Wendanpian combined with Dailixin for the treatment of gen- eralized anxiety disorder （GAD）. Methods A total of 120 patients with GAD were randomly divided into observation group and control group （60 cases in each group）. All patients belong to phlegm heat type according to Chinese traditional medicine. Wendanpian combined with Dailixin was adopted in the observation group. Dailixin was used in the control group. After 6 weeks of treatment, treatment clinical curative effect, Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and Chinese clinical syndrome score improvement were compared between two groups. Results HAMA and total effective rate of TCM syndrome in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group. Differences between groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. HAMA scores in both groups were significantly lower after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. There was a more significant improvement in observation group （ P 〈 0.05）. The total TCM syndrome scores of observation group reduced more signifi- cantly than those of control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Wendanpian combined with Dailixin can effec- tively improve the symptoms of patients with GAD, and especially effective for phlegm heat type of GAD.
