摘 要:目的观察加味白薇煎配合西药治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变的临床疗效。方法将100例痛性糖尿病神经病变患者随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例),治疗组在常规降糖治疗的基础上加用加味白薇煎配合西药治疗,并设对照组观察。结果治疗组的总体疗效78%,明显优于对照组的52%,其对神经传导速度改善也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味白薇煎治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变,能降低空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白,改善患者的自觉症状,提高神经传导速度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flavored Baiwei Decoction combined with western medicine on painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN). Methods 100 cases of PDN patients were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and treatment group (50 cases).Treatment group was given flavored Baiwei Decoction and western medicine on the basis of routine hypoglycemic treatment. At the same time, the control group was established to be observed. Results The overall efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the nerve conduction velocity was better improved than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The flavored Baiwei Decoction has a good clinical curative effect for the treatment of PDN, which is worth promoting.
