摘　　要：目的探讨中药浸泡联合改良式背神经切断术治疗原发性顽固性早泄的临床疗效。方法将128例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各64例,对照组采用单纯手术治疗,观察组于术后采用自制中药制剂(细辛、丁香等)浸泡,1剂/d,3个月为1疗程,对2组疗效进行对比并评价。结果对照组显效39例(60.9%),好转6例(9.3%),无效19例(29.6%)总有效率70.2%;观察组显效48例(75.0%),好转12例(18.8%),无效4例(6.3%),总有效率93.8%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制中药方剂浸泡联合改良式阴茎背神经切断术治疗原发性顽固性早泄,选择麻醉神经纤维,降低敏感阈值,改善临床症状。Objective In this paper, we had？ explored the traditional Chinese medicine soaking combined with modified dorsal neurotomy for the treatment of refractory premature ejaculation. Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group （64 cases in each group）. The control group was treated with surgery alone,and the ob- servation group was given self-made TCM preparation of our hospital after surgery （ one dosea day, three months as one course of treatment）. The curative effects of two groups were compared and evaluated. Results In control group, there were 39 cured cases （60.9%）, 6 effective eases （9.3 % ） and 19 invalid eases （29.6%）. In observation group, there were 48 cured cases （75.0%）, 12 effective cases （18.8 % ） and 4 invalid eases （6.3 % ）. The two groups have obvious differences with statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self-made TCM soaking combined with modified dorsal neurotomy for the treatment of refractory premature ejaculation can have anesthetic nerve fiber, reduce sensitive threshold and have signifi- cant effect.
