胆宁汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征

摘　　要：目的观察胆宁汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征(PCS)的临床疗效及其对患者血胃肠激素的影响。方法选取PCS患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例,观察组给予胆宁汤(茯苓、白术、党参、柴胡等)口服治疗,对照组采用茴三硫片,25 mg/次口服治疗,对比2组治疗前及治疗1疗程后临床疗效以及患者血清胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平变化。结果观察组治疗后血清GAS水平明显下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后血清GAS水平无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后血浆CCK水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率为93.35%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论胆宁汤可有效升高PCS患者血清GAS水平,降低血浆CCK水平,从而起到调节胆道功能,改善患者胃肠功能的作用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Danning Decoction on Postcholecystestomy Syndrome （PCS） and its influence on the serum gastrointestinal hormone level. Methods A total of 120 PCS patients were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） treated with Danning Decoction and control group （60 cases） treated with anethole trithione tablets （25 mg/time,for oral treatment）. The curative effect before and after treatment, changes of serum gastrin （GAS） and plasma cholecystokinin （CCK） level were compared between the two groups of patients. Results： The se^un GAS levels of observation group were significantly decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）, while they showed no obvious difference in control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Plasma CCK level after treatment were significantly increased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05） with a higher level in observation group （ P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danning Decoction can effectively increase serum GAS level of PCS patients and reduce the plasma CCK level. It is an effective treatment for PCS by adjusting biliary tract function and im- proving the gastrointestinal function.
