芪芍健脾口服液对花剥苔哮喘患儿免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪芍健脾口服液对花剥苔哮喘患儿免疫指标的影响。方法将62例花剥苔小儿哮喘患儿,采用随机对照方法,以芪芍健脾口服液为治疗组34例,槐杞黄颗粒为对照组28例,治疗3个月为1个疗程,检测2组治疗前后外周血IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE、补体C3变化。结果治疗组治疗后IgA水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组IgG、IgM、IgE、补体C3治疗前后与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪芍健脾口服液可升高外周血IgA,对免疫功能低下的哮喘患儿有较好的疗效。Objective To analyze QishaoJianpi Oral Liquid＇s impact on immune index of asthma children with peeling tongue coating. Methods 62 cases of asthma children with peeling tongue coating are treated respectively with QishaoJianpi Oral Liquid （treatment group） and Huaiqihuang Particles （control group） for a period of one month.The contrastive study is made and changes of peripheral blood IgG, IgA, IgE and addiment C3 are examined for the two groups before and after treatment. Result The IgA level of treatment group has significant difference after treatment compared with pretherapy （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. There is no obvious curative effect for IgG, IgM, IgE and addiment C3 compared with the those of control group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion QishaoJianpi Oral Liquid can enhance peripheral blood IgA, and it has good curative effect for asthma children with weakened immune system.
