中药熏蒸法治疗寻常型银屑病60例

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸法治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选择60例寻常型银屑病患者(血热型),随机分为2组,各30例。治疗组予以中药汤剂口服联合中药(苦参、地肤子、蛇床子等)熏蒸法治疗,对照组单予中药汤剂口服治疗。疗程12周,采用PASI评分判定疗效。结果治疗12周后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,治疗后2组PASI积分均明显下降,较治疗前均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸法结合中药内服治疗寻常型银屑病,具有良好的镇静、止痒、安抚作用,显著改善患者的瘙痒症状。Objective To observe the clinical effects of TCM Fumigation Therapy for 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris （blood heat type） were divided into 2 groups （30 cases in each group）. Patients in the treatment group were given oral TCM decoction combined with TCM Fumigation Therapy （radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus kochiae, fmctus cnidii, etc. ）. And the patients in the control group were only given oral TCM decoction. After 12 weeks of treatment, the PASI scores were used to determine the treatment effects. Results After 12-week treatment, the total effective rates were 93.33 % （the treatment group） and 66.67% （the control group）. PASI scores of the two groups were significant- ly decreased after treatment. The scores are statistically significant compared with those of pre-treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM Fumigation Therapy combined with oral TCM decoction for psoriasis vulgaris can transfer drugs into blood circulation by kemtoderma and dennis to show effect. They are more effective than single medicine.
