摘 要:针对高速铁路建成对既有线能力释放的影响,通过分析高速铁路、既有线广义费用函数及高速铁路客流分担率模型来构建既有线客流合理分担率模型,并且建立既有线释放能力量化模型对既有线释放能力进行量化,最后以武广既有线为例,计算武广高速铁路开通后武广既有线释放的运能,为研究释放运能的合理配置与利用提供数据支持。Targeting with the influence of high-speed railway construction on capacity release of existing line, through analyzing general cost function of high-speed railways and existing lines as well as sharing model of passenger flow on high-speed railways, the reasonable sharing rates model of passenger flow on existing lines was established, and the quantitative model of release capacity of existing line was established to quantify the capacity. In the end, taking Wuhan-Guangzhou existing line as an example, the released transport capacity of the existing line after the opening of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway was calculated, which provide data support for studying reasonable configuration and utilization of released capacity.
