长江三峡综合交通运输体系规划研究

摘　　要：结合国家长江经济带战略和三峡过坝运输问题剖析,进行三峡过坝货物量需求分析,阐述建设三峡综合交通运输体系的必要性;在总体性、经济性和能力适应性等原则指导下,结合货物品类特性的各方式技术特点,对各种过坝方式进行合理分工和相互衔接;按以长江干流航道运输为主,铁路、公路运输为辅,管道运输为补充的总体目标对三峡综合交通运输体系进行规划。Combining with analysis on national strategy of Yangtze River economic belt and problems existing in freight transportation through Three Gorges, this paper analyzes the demand of freight transport volume through Three Gorges, expounds the necessity of constructing comprehensive traffic and transport system in Three Gorges. Under the guidance of principles of totality, economy and capacity adaptability, and combining with technical characteristics of each mode and freight category properties, reasonable work division and inter-connection was taken on each transport modes through Three Gorges, and the comprehensive traffic and transport system in Three Gorges was planed according to the general objects of taking the river transportation on trunk stream of Yangtze River as priority, railway and highway transportation as supplements and pipe transportation as a additional mode.
