摘 要:对不同细度的氨纶丝在同一定伸长率的条件下和对同一细度的氨纶丝在不同定伸长率的条件下,在HD009N单丝强力仪上分别进行应力松弛性能测试,得到应力松弛曲线和定伸长负荷、应力松弛、应力松弛率、应力松弛速度指标;为完善FZ/T50007--1994《氨纶丝弹性试验方法》提出氨纶丝的应力松弛过程,应计算起始点~1min、1—20min、20~60min3个阶段的应力松弛;同时提出“应力释放点”的概念,用以表征氨纶丝应力松弛的快慢。Tests of stress relaxation on polyurethane filament are performed on HD009N electronic monofilament strength tester on the condition of the same elongation rate but different fineness as well as the same fineness but different elongation rate, by which the stress relaxation curve as well as some indexes such as load at specified stretch, stress relaxation, stress relaxation rate, stress relaxation speed are obtained. Compliance with the stress relaxation processing, three different stages of stress relaxation, beginning spot - 1 min, 1 -20min, 20 60min, should be calculated, which makes FZ/T 50007--1994 more reasonable. And at the same time, the idea of "stress relaxation spot" is put forward to express the speed of stress relaxation.
