摘　　要：介绍了靛蓝染料染棉织物的染色工艺处方及曲线,对染料用量、氢氧化钠用量、保险粉用量、还原温度、染色温度、染色时间进行了分析,以K/S值为衡量指标,找出了靛蓝染料染棉织物的最佳染色工艺。Using K/S as the measurement standard, the procedures to dye the cotton textile by indigo blue with optimization on different parameters are analyzed, which include the amount of indigo blue, sodium hydroxide, Sodium Hydrosulphite, reduction temperature, dyeing temperature, and reaction time.
