摘  要:对在四罗拉四皮圈大牵伸细纱机上采用重定量粗纱喂入纺纱时的相关工艺进行探讨与分析。通过对须条集合器规格、中二罗拉加压、中区牵伸倍数、中区胶圈钳口隔距、前区胶圈钳口隔距因素进行研究,分析牵伸区工艺对成纱条干的影响,同时采用正交试验方法对关键工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:中区牵伸倍数对条干的影响最为显著,且随着中区牵伸倍数的增加条干呈恶化趋势;中二罗拉加压量的选择直接关系到牵伸力能否与握持力相适应;胶圈钳口隔距的大小应根据各区须条的粗细进行选择。In this paper, are studied and analyzed the relative spinning technology of 4-roller and 4-apron high drafting spinning frame with heavy weight per unit roving feeding. By studying the size of collector, the pressure of the third roller, the drafting multiple at medium zone, the apron nip gauge at medium zone and the apron nip gauge at front zone, the effect of drafting process on yarn evenness was researched. Meanwhile, key spinning process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test. The result shows that the drafting multiple at medium zone has the most significant impact on yarn evenness, and with an increasing of drafting multiple at medium zone, yarn evenness is deteriorated. The selection of pressure of the third roller is directly related to the adapting between drafting force and grasping force. The selection of apron nip gauge should be chosen according to the thickness of yarn in each area.
