摘 要:利用自制的双重共轭静电纺装置制备了柞蚕丝素/聚乳酸复合纳米纤维纱。用SEM和XRD研究了复合纳米纤维纱的形貌和结晶结构。用电子单纱强力机测量了纱线的力学性能。结果表明:丝素含量小于10%时,随丝素含量的增加,纱中纤维的直径逐渐降低,均匀度提高,力学性能有所改善。当丝素含量超过10%后,纱中纤维的直径开始出现两极分化,纱线的力学性能恶化。X-射线衍射曲线表明,丝素在复合纳米纤维纱中主要以α螺旋和无规卷曲的构象形式存在。Tussah fibroin (TSF)/poly lactic acid (PLA) composite nanofiber yarn was prepared through double conjugate electrospinning progress. The morphology and crystal structure of the yarn were characterized by means of scanning electronic microscope and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The mechanical properties of the yarn were also tested by use of single yarn strength tester. The result indicates that the diameter of the fiber in the yarn decreases with the increase of TSF content and the yarn irregulity and mechanical properties are improved when the content of tussah fibroin is less than 10%. And the diameter of TSF/PLA composite nanofiber appeared to be polarized and the mechanical properties of the fiber decreases when the content of tussah fibroin is over 10%. TSF is existed in the nanofiber in the form of random coil and α-helix.
