河北省纺织产业现状分析及对策

摘　　要：将2012、2013年河北省纺织品产量、企业竞争力、主营收入以及出口创汇能力与纺织强省江苏进行对比,在分析发达国家及江苏省纺织产业政策、产业结构布局及科技投入等方面情况的基础上,分析指出河北省纺织产业发展中存在的问题及应采取的政策和措施。研究表明:实施以"转变发展方式为主线,技术创新为核心"的发展战略是推动河北省纺织产业结构优化和转型升级、由纺织大省向纺织强省转变的重要途径。Hebei Province＇s textile production, competitiveness of mill enterprises, main revenue and export capacity of 2012 and 2013 are compared with that of Jiangsu province. Based on a deep analysis of textile industrial policy, industrial structure and investment in science and technology in developed countries and Jiangsu province, the paper points out the existing problems in the textile industry development as well as the policies and measures have to be taken in Hebei Province. Research shows that ＂transformation of development pattern and technology innovation＂ will be an important way to promote optimization and upgradation of Hebei province＇ s textile industry and changing from big textile province to strong textile province.
