摘  要:通过戊巴比妥钠麻醉和Go/No-go气味辨别训练改变清醒小鼠的脑状态,探讨离心调控对同侧的嗅球和前梨状皮层之间β振荡同步性的影响.研究结果表明:相对于清醒状态,麻醉和训练后自发β振荡的同步性分别有所下降和上升;此外,麻醉后气味诱发β振荡的同步性有所下降,而训练后气味诱发β振荡的同步性受到气味意义的影响.结果提示,离心纤维投射可以动态地调控嗅球和前梨状皮层之间β振荡的同步性,这对进一步认识大脑的功能活动有一定的帮助.Among the various cortical rhythms,β oscillations(15-35Hz) reflect connections of a larger-scale network.The functional connectivity of two brain areas could be modulated by centrifugal projection.However,the influence of centrifugal modulation on theβ-band coherence among different brain areas is still unclear.In this study,the brain states of awake mice were altered by anesthetizing and Go/No-go behavioral training,and the influence of centrifugal modulation on the coherence forβ oscillations between the ipsilateral olfactory bulb and anterior piriform cortex were analyzed.Our results demonstrate that,compared with the awake mice,the spontaneous β-band coherence goes down in the anesthetized ones,yet goes up in the trained ones.Besides,the odor-induced β-band coherence goes down in the anesthetized ones,yet dependent on odor values in the trained ones.These data suggest that theβ-band coherence between the olfactory bulb and anterior piriform cortex could be dynamically modulated by centrifugal projection.This may help in further study on the brain function.
