摘  要:基于物料守恒、能量守恒和反应动力学原理,建立了PS转炉铜锍吹炼造渣期冷量的动态计算模型。研究了造渣过程中各组分质量和能量分项的变化规律,利用正交试验法和方差分析法分析了主要生产因素对冷量大小的影响。研究表明,富氧率、冰铜品位、鼓风速度对造渣期冷量生成有显著的影响,其中冰铜品位影响最大,富氧率影响最小。研究结果对优化冷料添加进而实现节能降耗具有指导意义。Based on the fundamentals of mass balance , energy balance and reaction dynamics , a dynamic model was established to calculate the residual heat during the slag making process in PS converter.The effects of different operating parameters on the residual heat were analyzed by using the orthogonal test method and variance analysis method .The results show that the oxygen enrichment rate , matte grade and blast velocity have significant effects on the residual heat , in which the matte grade have the biggest effect while the oxygen enrichment rate have the smallest effect .This research can be used as a reference to optimize the addition of scraps during the slag making process to reach the purpose of energy saving .
