摘  要:以环己烷/己烷为溶剂、正丁基锂为引发剂、乙基四氢糠基醚( ETE )为结构调节剂、二甲基二氯硅烷与四氯化硅为混合偶联剂,采用间歇聚合工艺合成了高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶( SSBR ),对ETE调节体系、混合偶联体系以及聚合工艺条件等进行了探讨,并与国外同类产品进行了性能比较。结果表明,在聚合引发温度为35℃、单体质量分数为13%、丁二烯与苯乙烯质量比为74/26、ETE质量分数为(200~250)×10^-6及四氯化硅与二甲基二氯硅烷的摩尔比为0.34~0.36的条件下,可以合成具有三峰分布的高乙烯基SSBR。模试和中试结果均表明所合成产物的性能已达到国外同类产品的水平。白炭黑更适合作为开发该牌号硅改性产品的填料。High vinyl solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber( SSBR) was synthesized by batch copolymerization using cyclohexane/hexane as solvent , n-BuLi as initiator , ethyl tetrahydrofurfuryl ether ( ETE ) as modifier, (CH3)2SiCl2 and SiCl4 as mixed coupling agent.The modifier, mixed coupling agent and reaction condition were studied , and the properties comparison between the synthesized product and similar foreign product was conducted.The results showed that SSBR with high vinyl content and three-peak distribution could be synthesized by using ETE as modifier , (CH3)2SiCl2 and SiCl4 as mixed coupling agent under the condition of the polymerization initiation temperature 35 ℃, mass fraction of monomer 13%, mass ratio of butadiene to styrene 74/26, ETE mass fraction (200 -250 )×10^-6 and the molar ratio of SiCl4 and (CH3)2SiCl2 0.34 to 0.36.The results of model and pilot tests showed that the properties of the synthesized product reached the level of similar foreign product.Silica was more suitable for being filler of siliconmodified SSBR.
