摘  要:研究了作为配体的磷酸三异辛酯的加入对二氯二氧钼/间甲酚铝催化体系催化丁二烯聚合的影响。结果表明,磷酸三异辛酯与二氯二氧钼反应生成了新的化合物,在磷酸三异辛酯/二氯二氧钼(摩尔比)为2时完全反应,且此时催化活性最高。当磷配体用量继续增加时出现了游离的磷酸三异辛酯,而催化体系的催化活性和聚合物的相对分子质量随之降低。聚合产物为高乙烯基聚丁二烯,1,2-结构摩尔分数为89.7%且呈无规分布。High vinyl polybutadiene rubber(HVPBR) has some merits, such as good wet skid resistance, lower heat build-up and good aging-resistance. It is one of important energy-saving materials to make high performanee tire. The molybdenum compounds are effective catalysts for synthesis of amorphous HVPBR in non-toxic hydrogenated gaso- line. It is well known that addition of electron donor is favourable to the improvement of catalyst activity and the stereo-selectivity of polymer. In this study, the synthesis of HVPBR catalyzed by molybdenum ( Ⅵ ) dichloride dioxide( MoO2Cl2 ) ( Mo), triisooctyl phosphate(P) and m-cresol substituted triisobutylaluminum (Al) system was reported for the first time.
