苏子提取物对高脂血症家兔血脂调控效果及作用机理的研究

摘　　要：为了研究苏子提取物对血脂调控效果及其可能的作用机理,研究选用100只健康力克斯兔,随机分为5组:正常对照组、高脂模型组、低剂量EPS组、中剂量EPS组、高剂量EPS组。经60 d饲养试验,取样分析比较了紫苏提取物对血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)及肝脏肝脂酶(HL)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)等指标的影响。结果表明:苏子提取物能够显著降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB,提高血清中HDL-C、ApoAⅠ、LCAT和肝脏中HL、LPL。在本研究使用剂量范围内苏子提取物呈现剂量效应。In order to study the effect of perilla seed extract on blood lipid regulating and possible mechanism of action, we chose 100 rex rabbit which were healthy and free from disease and divided into 5 groups randomly, respectively is normal control group （NC）, high lipid model group（HLM）, low dosage of EPS （LD）, medium dosage of EPS （MD）, high dosage of EPS （HD）. After 60 days feed, took samples and analyzed the effect of perilla seed extract on TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA I, ApoB, LCAT in blood and the HL, LPL in liver. The result showed that perilla extract significantly reduced TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB in blood, improved HDL-C, ApoA I ,LCAT in blood and HL,LPL in liver. In the dosage range of this study perilla seed extract presented dose effect.
