中草药对奶牛隐性乳房炎的体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：为了寻求对奶牛隐性乳房炎有良好疗效的中草药,选取具有抗菌消炎作用的13种中草药,运用水煎法提取其有效成分;从兰州周边6个奶牛场采集奶样,从中分离得到4种引起乳房炎的主要致病菌;利用提取的中草药有效成分对这4种致病菌做体外抑菌试验,运用试管稀释法测定中药单味药和复方的最小抑菌浓度.结果表明:黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4味中药对引起奶牛隐性乳房炎的4种病原菌的抑菌效果良好;板兰根、金银花、连翘、黄柏、大青叶、紫花地丁具一定抑菌效果,而王不留行、黄芪、天花粉抑菌效果较差.同时还发现,复方中同时含有黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4种药物的复方抑菌效果较好.In order to seek optimum Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of subclinical mastitis of bovine,13 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect were selected.The effective composition was extracted by decoction method.The bacteriostatic effect was tested by four kinds of main pathogenic bacteria seperated from 6dairy farms around Lanzhou.The minimum inhibitory concentration of Chinese medicine single herb and compound was used as the main index to detect the antibacterial effect.Berberine,rhubarb,dandelion,houttuynia no matter in single and in compound prescription all had a better antibacterial activities.Radis isatidis,honeysuckle,Fructus forsythia,gold cypress,Folium Isatidis and chinese violet showed some degree antibacterial activities,while cowherb,astragalus and radix trichsanthis showed no antibacterial activities.
