红芪种子灌浆特性研究

摘　　要：选用甘肃陇南市武都区红芪GAP基地建设规范化栽培示范园两年生红芪植株,在盛花期挂牌标记开花一致的花朵,开花后第10天开始每隔4d采种1次,每次随机采18个花序,测定种子灌浆动态,观测种子发育进程.结果表明:两年生红芪植株7月下旬进入盛花期,花后第10天开始种子鲜质量呈直线上升趋势,质量不断增加.种子百粒鲜质量由花后第10天的0.468 3g上升到第22天的1.062 7g,百粒干质量由0.124 0g上升到0.372 0g,分别增加0.594 4g和0.248 0g.此时种子开始转入灌浆高峰期,持续时间达到33d,花后第38天红芪种子鲜质量开始明显下降直至花后第58天趋近于种子干质量0.611 0g的水平.红芪种子灌浆期间百粒种子干质量和含水量、平均灌浆速率和灌浆持续期之间均达到极显著水平;灌浆过程符合Logistic方程,走势符合"S"型曲线;9月下旬,种皮由青紫色变化成白褐色,种子由青紫色变成红褐色,籽粒开始陆续脱落,种子已经成熟,为适宜采收期,红芪种子开花后58d左右(即秋分前后)采收最佳.Flowers were labeled during blossom of biennial Hedysari radixat GAP base standardized cultivation demonstration garden in Wudu District of Gansu,18 flowers or inflorescence were harvested randomly interval 4d after 10 days of following,seed filling was observed and seed development process was determined.The results showed that seed filling was in late July into flowering,10dafter flowering fresh weight linear upward trend,seed moisture and fresh weight increased.The one hundred fresh weight of seeds increased from 0.468 3g of 10d after flowering to 1.062 7g of 22d after flowering,one hundred dry weight enhanced from 0.124 0g to 0.372 0g.The seed began to turn filling the peak of duration of 33 days,after the 38d seed fresh weight in the flower significantly decreased until the flower 58d approached seeds dry weight 0.611 0g.Filling one hundred seed dry weight and water content,the average filling rate and grain filling duration reached a significant level;grouting process in line with the logistic equation;the seed morphological indicators in line with an＇S＇curve;September late,the seed coat changed from green to purple to white brown,seeds changed from purple into a reddish-brown,grain matured and began to fall.Therefore,58 days after flowering was optimum time for harvesting.
