摘  要:试验以西兰花‘格斯农’为试验材料,研究了不同微肥及复合生物菌肥对西兰花生长、生理及光合特性的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,施用复合生物菌肥、底肥添加剂、斯德考普、菲范和顶绿之后,西兰花叶片的SOD活性和叶绿素含量显著提高,MDA含量显著降低,以复合生物菌肥的效果最明显.同时施用复合生物菌肥、底肥添加剂、斯德考普和菲范之后,西兰花的蒸腾速率、叶片气孔导度、光合速率、胞间CO2浓度显著高于对照,其中以复合生物菌肥的效果最好.This experiment was carried out with broccoli(cv.Gesinong)as test material,to study the effects of different microelement fertilizers and biological bacterial fertilizer on the growth,physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of broccoli.The results showed that the combined biological bacterial fertilizer,base fertilizer additive agent,AZII,DELFAN,ULLTRAFERRO increased SOD activity and chlorophyll content,reduced MDA content significantly in broccoli leaves compared with the control.Among them,the combined biological bacterial fertilizer showed the most activity.The combined biological bacterial fertilizer,base fertilizer additive agent,AZII,DELFAN also enhanced significantly transpiration rate,leaf stomatal conductance,photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration.Among them,the combined biological bacterial fertilizer also showed the most activity.
