摘  要:针对燃煤为热源的热风干燥存在高能耗、污染环境以及燃油炉燃烧产生的热风直接用于干燥将污染物料的问题,设计了一种红外线加热板空气加热装置.运用流体动力学计算软件CFD对该加热装置的二维流场进行了数值模拟,获得该热风加热装置内的流场和温度场,并对加热装置内的气流和温度分布的特点进行分析.结果表明:在导热板和分流板共同作用下,整个加热装置内流场气流分布比较均匀,提高了热能利用率;流场的温度梯度变化明显,出口处温度比较均匀,温度可以达到100℃,满足设计要求,可为热风加热装置的进一步改进提供依据.Aimed at the problem that coal as a heat source for drying exist high energy consumption,environmental pollution,and hot-air by fuel combustion directly for drying will contaminate material,a hot-air heating device by infrared heating plate was designed.The two-dimensional flow field of the heating device was simulated numerically based on the CFD software.The purpose was to gain knowledge of airflow field and temperature distribution in the hot-air heating device.The result showed that common role in the heat conducting plate and the flow distribution plate,the airflow distribution was more uniform in the heating device,and the utilization rate of heat energy was improved;the variation of temperature gradient at temperature field was very obvious,and outlet temperature reached 100℃,satisfied the design requirements,and provided a basis for further structural modification for hot-air heating device.
