肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2012年1月—2013年6月间收治的糖尿病肾病患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。入选患者均给予常规治疗,对照组34例给予前列地尔10μg静脉推注qd;治疗组36例除静脉推注前列地尔外,同时予以肾康注射液100 ml静滴qd;疗程均为28 d。观察两组治疗前后血压、血肌酐、血尿素氮及尿微量白蛋白,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗组显效17例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率为77.8%;对照组显效13例,有效9例,无效12例,总有效率为64.7%;两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组的患者治疗后比治疗前血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血肌酐、血尿素氮、24h尿微量白蛋白均明显下降(P<0.01)但治疗组在降低血肌酐、尿素氮及尿蛋白的疗效更优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病可有效改善相关指标,未发现明显不良反应。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Patients with diabetic nephropathy hy hospital between January 2012 to June 2013 were treated 70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . Eligible patients were given conventional treatment, the control group of 34 patients given intravenous injection of alprostadil qd ; treatment group of 36 patients at the same time be Shenkang intravenous injection qd ; treatment lasted 28 days. Before and after treatment, observed blood pressure, serum creatinine , blood urea nitrogen , 24h urinary albumin, and record adverse reactions. Results： The treatment group, 17 cases markedly effective in 11 cases , 8 cases , the total effective rate was 77.8% ; the control group 13 cases , 9 cases , 12 cases , total effective rate was 64.7% ; the total efficiency comparison, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients in both groups after treatment than before treatment blood pressure （ SBP, DBP ） , serum creatinine , blood urea nitrogen , 24h urinary albumin were sig- nificantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） ; terms of efficacy in the treatment group , the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and urinary protein were significantly decreased than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion： Shenkang alprostadil injection combined treatment of diabetic nephropathy hy can be effective in improving related indicators, no adverse reactions.
