特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者白细胞介素-35白细胞介素-17的检测和临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-35以及IL-17的水平,探讨其在ITP患者血浆中的变化及与疾病活动性的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测29例初诊ITP患者及29名健康体检者血浆IL-35、IL-17水平,探讨两者的相关性。结果 ITP患者血浆IL-35水平(238±72)pg/mL显著低于健康对照组(301±49)pg/mL(P<0.05);ITP患者血浆IL-17水平(26±7)pg/mL显著高于健康对照组(18±3)pg/mL(P<0.05);ITP患者血浆IL-35水平与IL-17水平的比值(10±4)显著低于健康对照组(17±4)(P<0.05)。结论 ITP患者血浆IL-35水平降低以及IL-17水平的升高可能参与了ITP的发生以及发展,或者可作为ITP患者免疫状态检测的指标。Objective To evaluate the levels of interleukin （IL）-17, IL-35 in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） and to explore their clinical significance. Methods Twenty-nine cases with ITP（study group） and 29 healthy cases （control group） were selected, the levels of IL-17, IL-35 were performed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results In the study group, the level of IL-35（238±72） pg/mL was significantly lower （P〈0.05） than those of controls（301±49） pg/mL; the level of IL-17（26±7） pg/mL was significantly higher（P〈0.05） than those of controls （18 ±3） pg/mL; the ratio of IL-35/IL-17 （10 ±4） was significantly lower （P〈0.05） than those of controls（17 ±4）. Conclusion The down-regulation of IL-35 and the up-regulation of IL-17 may participate in the immunity disorder in ITP, which can provide new target for clinical immune regulation therapy.
