摘 要:基于沥青旧路冷再生材料的组成分析及配合比设计,采用复合式冷再生技术对旧路面层和基层组成的混合料进行试验研究。重点对面层和基层旧料的掺配比例、结合料种类和掺量以及龄期等影响因素展开试验研究;测定不同种类冷再生混合料在不同温度条件下的抗压强度、劈裂强度及回弹模量,分析三者之间的关系;最后对冷再生混合料的抗冻融性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:设计用于路面基层的冷再生混合料时,优先使用水泥和二灰作为结合料;面层旧料比例不宜超过67%,基层旧料可以视为新集料使用;复合式冷再生混合料的抗压强度及抗冻性在常用水泥用量范围内(5%~6%)可满足高速公路基层抗压强度要求。Based on the composition analysis and the mix proportion design of cold recycled material of old asphalt pavement, by using composite cold recycling technology, the experimental study of old pavement surface course and base course mixture are conducted, which is focused on the influencing factors such as percentages, binder species, dosages and ages of reclaimed materials from surface course and base course. Then, the compressive strengths, the cleavage strengths and the resilience moduli of different types of cold recycled mixture at different temperatures are measured, and the relation among compressive strength, cleavage strength and resilience modulus is analysed. Finally, the freeze-thaw performance of the cold recycled mixture is experimental studied. The result shows that (1) in the design of the old recycled mixture for base course, it is suggested to give priority to the use of cement and lime fly-ash as binders, the dosage of reclaimed surface course material should not larger than 67% , and the reclaimed base course material can be regarded as the new aggregate; (2) the compressive strength freezing mixture can satisfy the compressive strength of expressway base course resistance of composite cold recycled in the commonly used cement dosage range (5 % - 6% ).
