摘 要:针对不良天气和路面环境下沿用正常天气交通信号配时方案时信号控制效益下降的问题,从不良天气和路面环境下交通流运行特征入手,分析了因天气和路面环境改变导致的以经典信号控制理论为优化基础的信号配时方案演变情况,采用Vissim软件建立了哈尔滨市嵩山路与淮河路交叉口良好天气与雪天的交通信号控制仿真模型,并进行了案例分析。分析表明:雪天及时调整信号配时方案,与仍采用良好天气情况下的信号配时方案相比,能有效降低车辆在信号交叉口的停车次数和延误,提高交叉口的通行效率。这一分析结果适用于所有不良天气和路面环境下的交通信号优化控制。Aiming at the problem that the effectiveness of traffic signal control strategy may descend when carrying out regular traffic signal timing scheme under inclement weather and road condition, according to the characteristic of traffic flow running under inclement weather and road condition, the change of signal timing scheme caused by weather and road conditions on the basis of classical signal control theory is analysed. The traffic signal control simulation model of the intersection of Songshan Rd. and Huaihe Rd. in Harbin along with change of weather condition is developed by Vissim, and the case study is conducted. The study shows that number of stops and travel delay can be significantly decreased if signal control strategy is adjusted under the condition of snow in comparison with the unadjusted signal scheme, hence the efficiency of intersections can be improved. This analysis result is applicable to the traffic signal optimization control strategy under inclement weather and road condition.
