摘　　要：介绍电子皮带秤实物校验装置在首钢迁钢公司原料输送系统中的应用情况，以及实物校验装置的系统构成、工作原理、功能特点等。实物校验装置经有关部门检定合格后投入使用至今，运行稳定、校验准确、操作方便，确保了电子皮带秤的准确度控制在允许范围内，为供需双方实现公平公正、及时准确地计量及结算管理做出了重要贡献，为迁钢公司的正常生产发挥了重要作用。This thesis introduces the practical application, the system configuration, the working principle and functional features etc. of the object calibration device of dectmnic belt weigher in the raw material handling system in Qiangang Corporation. This device, after conformity testing by relevant departments, has been running stably, calibrating correctly and operating easily since it＇ s being put into operation. It ensures that the accuracy of the electronic belt weigher can be controlled within allowable scope, and has made an important contribution for realizing the management of measuring and account settling fairly, justly, timely and accurately for both the demand and supply sides, and also played an important role for the normal production of Qiangang Corporation.
