摘 要:炼焦是钢铁企业环境污染最严重的工序,环保在炼焦投资中所占比重越来越大,已成为炼焦行业生死攸关的问题,随着我国经济的快速发展,对焦炉NOx排放的控制力度越来越大,而控制焦炉氮氧化物,降低火道温度是关键。以6m捣固焦炉为研究对象,以理论计算及流场模拟为手段,分析当用高炉煤气加热时,影响焦炉立火道温度的因素,从而得出有效可行的降低火道温度的措施。研究结果表明:通过减薄炉墙、加大跨越孔截面积、加大炉底煤气和空气进口轴心间距和交错配置炉底孔等方法,均可达到降低火道温度的目的,运用上述措施,可使立火道局部燃烧强度均匀化。避免局部高温区的出现。Coking is a procedure which has the most serious environmental pollution in iron and steel enterprises, the proportion of environmental protection in coking investment is larger than before, it has become an utmost matter in coking industry, with the rapid development of China's economy, controlling force of NOx emissions is increased, whereas, to control oxynitride of coke oven, reduce the Flue Temperature is key. The research based on the 6 m stamp charging coke oven by means of theoretical calculation and flow field simulation, when using blast furnace gas as a fuel, the influence factors of combustion chamber' s temperature were analyzed in the paper, thus the effective measures of reducing flue temperature were obtained, the result showed that: thinned the coke oven wall, enlarged the area of span hole, increased the distance between gas inlet hole and air inlet hole in the bottom of coke oven and staggered the inlet holes, can all decrease the temperature of combustion chamber, moreover, using the above measures, homogenization of local combustion intensity can be realized and the emergence of local high temperature can be avoided.
