摘　　要：介绍热轧带钢移动式横切剪液压系统配置，简述系统工作中存在的问题并进行分析。相比定量泵直接供油，给出恒压变量泵加蓄能器联合供油的系统优化方案，并对方案进行数值计算，优化方案不仅可解决目前系统存在问题，而且具有明显的节能效果。可对类似工况液压系统的设计和改造提供参考。Crosscut shear hydraulic system design of hot rolled strip were introduced. The problems of hydraulic system were given and analyzed. The optimized design resolution were provided and calculated. The constant pressure variable pumps together with accumulators substitute the fixed displacement pumps. The optimized design can resolve the existent problems and it＇ s quite effective on energy saving comparing with the actual design. This article is helpful to the design and rebuilding of hydraulic systems with similar working conditions.
