横切机组中液压剪切机的设计与应用

摘　　要：设计一种用于热轧带钢横切机组中带钢剪切装置，即液压式斜刀片剪切机。该剪切机可根据需要，对带钢进行切头、取样和分段。有效解决因带钢头部不规则或中段镰刀弯等质量不足，影响圆盘剪等后部设备有效作业问题，从而大大提高成品质量。Design a kind of cutting machine, which is used for hot strip cross cut line, named hydraulic oblique blade cutting machine. It can approve the quality of strip by head cutting and sample cutting according to the requirement. Preventing the operation problem of the following equipment such as circle shear, because of the strip defects, for example head irregular and camber and etc.
