经济下行形势下电费欠费原因分析及风险防范措施

摘　　要：在当前宏观经济下行形势下,内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司电费回收工作面临较大的欠费风险和催费压力。通过认真分析欠费构成,认为目前电费回收工作中存在管理制度不完善、欠费原因分析不准确、争议电费发行不被认可、预收电费缺乏政策依据、各类客户欠费风险管理措施不到位以及自身管理流程不完善等问题,针对这些问题提出了防范措施以降低欠费风险,保证公司经营安全。In the current macroscopical economic downturn situation, Inner Mongolia Power（Group） Co.,Ltd. tariff recovery work is facing greater risk of arrears and charging pressure. Through careful analysis of electricity arrears composing, thought that the current tariff recovery work was not perfect in the management system, arrearage reason analysis was not accurate, controversial charge for electricity issue was not recognized, advance fee of electricity had shortage in policy basis, all kinds of customer arrears risk management measures were not in place and its management was not perfect. In order to solve these problems, put forward the preventive measures to reduce arrears risk to assure the security of the company′s management.
