摘 要:随着内蒙古电网的不断建设,各个厂(场)、站信息量剧增,为保证电网运行的安全稳定性,需要准确、快速地收集、监测电网保护装置数据。因此,结合内蒙古电网现状,提出了故障录波器组网系统的配置方案,在调度端设置录波主站,主要负责与各个厂(场)、站的子站系统通信,索取、管理、分析录波数据。设计中考虑利用各个厂(场)、站现有的故障录波装置形成录波子站,子站主要负责采集、存储和管理厂(场)、站的故障录波信息、录波报告、录波数据,并向调度端主站上传信息。可保障整个的供电网络系统和每一个厂(场)、站的安全可靠运行,实时、准确地收集和监测电网的保护信息数据。With the increasing constructions of Inner Mongolia power grid, the quantity of information increases at power plants (fields) and stations. To ensure the security and stability of power grid, data of the protection device are required to be collected and detected fast and accurately. Therefore, in accordance with the current situation of Inner Mongolia power grid, proposed a configuration scheme for fault ocillograph network system, where, a recorder station was set at scheduling side, in charging of communication with power plants (fields) and stations, getting, managing and analyzing the recorder data. We made use of the current fault recorder devise of power plants (fields) and stations to form a recorder substation. Substation was primarily responsible for collecting fault recorder message, recorder report, recorder data, and then submitting data to master scheduling station. Hence, it can guarantee the safe and reliable running of all power plants and stations in the power networks, collect and detect actual and accurate data of the power networks.
